The Company of Watermen and Lightermen is pleased to invite our Freemen preparing for their Local Knowledge Endorsement five year reassessment to a series of supportive revision evenings to cover the LKE syllabus at Watermen’s Hall.
The LKE is a vital step for those wishing to operate commercially on the Thames within the Port of London Authority designated areas, ensuring you have the detailed knowledge required to navigate safely and professionally. The LKE is a demanding but essential qualification for every working Waterman on this stretch of the River Thames.
Our revision evenings are designed to:
- Refresh and consolidate your knowledge of the Thames
- Provide practical advice and guidance from experienced Freemen
- Offer tips on exam technique and key areas of focus.
